Our booking confirmation email will provide you with detailed information on where to go once you arrive into Gold Coast Airport (OOL) to meet our free transfer mini-bus, or how to locate your rental vehicle if we have left it at the Gold Coast Airport (OOL) for your subsequent collection.
People arriving during our operating hours typically use our free airport to office transfer service, but they can choose to have their rental vehicle made available for them to collect from the airport in the same manner as would be the case with after-hours arrival.
People who arrive outside of our operating hours will have their vehicle ready and waiting for them when they do arrive. There are three car parks at the airport which we consider to be the “best fit” for our customers in respect of distance from the terminal and pricing.
The closest of these car parks is the Short Term Carpark, about 2 minutes’ walk from the luggage carousels with a Vinyl covered walkway for most of the distance, but not many options for undercover parking. This car park does not have any pre-booking capability, but we will drive the car into the carpark and we will leave the carpark ticket in the vehicle for you to use when exiting the carpark.
The pricing starts at $9; with $4 increases every 30 minutes, until it reaches 3.5 hours at $37, then at 4 hours it jumps to $70. We do not use this car park if the flight is scheduled to arrive more than 2.5 hours after the vehicle enters the car park; a delay in flight arrival or any luggage issue can tip you into a $70 hole. You will not see this as an option if our system has ruled it out.
There are two relevant Long Term Carparks, both of which are about four minutes away from the luggage carousels, with a Vinyl Canopy walkway for most of the distance. The Terminal Long Term Carpark has a $37 fee for 24 hours, with most of the car spaces covered.
The Saver Carpark is uncovered, and it has a fee of $28 for 24 hours.
If you choose either of these 24 hour carparks, we will pre-book the parking on your behalf, securing a space within the carpark for you. You simply access the vehicle and drive straight out; the car park will recognise the numberplate of the vehicle.
So, whatever time of day you arrive at Gold Coast Airport, you have the choice of how you and your rental car get connected.
FREE Transfers
Our staff will meet you in the DAYTIME ARRIVALS PICK UP AREA (Gold Coast Airport Transit Centre) shown in dark blue on the map (see below), you, your family, and your luggage will have a free transfer from Gold Coast Airport to our Currumbin Waters office.
Vehicles Collected from the Airport
If your arrival is after our free transfer shuttle service ends for the day, or you have requested overnight relocation of your vehicle for an early morning arrival, we will leave the rental car at the Gold Coast Airport (OOL) for you to collect on arrival.
The rental car will be located in the carpark of your choice.

Vehicle relocation service fee is $13.75.
Short Term Parking fee varies with duration within the carpark, payable upon exit from the carpark, price range is $13 to $37.
Terminal Long Term and SAVER carparks will be pre-booked on your behalf at the rates quoted.
