You can get 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service with Gold Coast Family Car Rentals.
When our office opening hours do not match your needs, you can use our special after-hours facilities at:
- Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport;
- Varsity Lakes railway station (Airtrain); or from our
- Burleigh Heads office location,
Enabling you to collect or return your car at any hour of the day.
For those whose service needs are within our operating hours, we provide a more personal pick up transfer service and drop off transfer service by coming to collect you from, or return you to:
- Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta) - Airport pick up and drop off service
- Varsity Lakes railway station (Airport train Gold Coast) - or your
- Gold Coast home, holiday resort or hotel.
We call this “Limo Service, without the Limo”. Transfer or vehicle relocation services are available (some with additional charges) for rental periods of three days or more.

Please note that if you have ordered any of our free child seats for your rental car, similar seats will be provided in any transfer vehicle that we use at the start or end of your car rental experience with us.
Detailed after-hours vehicle collection or vehicle return procedures will be provided to you in our booking confirmation email.
Please remember the return arrangements that we make when you pick up the rental car, we need to ensure that we have the resources available to take you where you need to go, that's why we make an appointment for you. If you want to change the time of your return please give us a call.
Schedule of Fees for collection from or return to Gold Coast accommodation. Prices are per trip, not per person - if child seats are required, they will be in the transferring vehicle at no additional charge.
