Rental Administration Fee

Usage Zone Charges are included in quotes where relevant, or alternatively zone expansion can be requested during the rental period, but prior to leaving the contracted zone(s).
Daily Distance Allowance
This is unlimited within the agreed Usage Zone except for rental terms of less than 3 days, when the allowance will be a maximum of 150Klms per day. $0.275 per Klm in excess of allowance.
Road Tolls Service Fee
Recovery of cost of toll transponders and administration of toll charges

Customer Transfer from and to Gold Coast Accommodation
We have an extensive free customer collection and return service, covering accommodation between Currumbin and Broadbeach and east of the M1 Motorway. We have small service charges for other Gold Coast locations which can be viewed here.
Out of Hours Service Fees

This applies when a flight is scheduled to arrive after 4:15pm (domestic) or 3:45pm (international) Mondays to Saturdays – and after 2pm (domestic) or 1:45pm (international) on Sundays.
- Parking Fee: +$10-$26.00 (fees vary depending on time you collect the vehicle, they are not included in the quote)
- Parking Fee: +$60.00 (fee if vehicle collection is more than 24 hours after the vehicle was left by us at the airport – usually 3:45pm-4:00pm Mondays to Saturdays or 1:45pm -2pm Sundays – not included in the quote)

Insurance Claims Administration Fee
Contributing to costs relating to management of incidents where loss or damage occurs (photographs, claim forms, quotes, transfer to and collection of vehicle from repair centre).

Replacement of lost keys or remotes
The Renter is responsible for the replacement cost plus claims administration fee but contained within the insurance limit on a separate incident basis.
Accident Recovery Fee
The costs of retrieval of any damaged vehicle, beyond the cost of merely towing (e.g. retrieving vehicle from a gully, ditch or water).

Assessor’s Fees
The engagement of professional Loss Assessors for determination of the extent of any loss.

“Driver at Fault” call out fee
The cost of 24Hr Roadside Service Provider or Staff attendance for matters such as changing a flat tyre, keys locked in the car, run out of fuel, lights left on etc. There is no charge for these items if the Renter has chosen our "MaxiSafe Plus" Zero insurance excess package.
